Description: 

Shaikhul Islam Imran is an Associate of The Law Counsel. He currently engaged in drafting petitions for both the suboridinate courts and the Supreme Court of Bangadesh including the drafting of Writ Petition, Criminal Appeal, Civil Revision, company and financial matters. He is also appearing in a number litigations before the Labour Court, Dhaka and the Labour Appellate Tribunal, Bangladesh.
